With 245s on those, the rims won't allow as large of a contact patch as they would on the standard 8.5" rear TT rim. The TTs have a 7.5" wheels size up front, 8.5" in rear. The 245 tire sits better and flatter on an 8.5" rim, I'm sure you understand why. The car will feel squirrelly at the limit with your combo and won't be as good in the rain. Also you have effectively reduced your rear track, wheels aren't out as far as the 8.5" ones.
